Remote Desktop App

I've been trying to use the Remote Desktop App from my Lumia 521 with Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developers, and I cannot seem to connect to my Windows 8.1 tablet, a Dell Venue 8 Pro. I am not sure what I am going wrong but I have used Microsoft's help website to try and set the connection up, and it doesn't seem to work. So what I guess I'm asking is, can someone provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to set the connection up? I would prefer someone who has successfully set the connection up. Thanks to the community!

Try using "Connect Me". It works great.

The version of Windows on the Dell does not support being a remote desktop server. You need Windows 8 pro/enterprise for it to work.
