Removed from Brazilian marketplace?

I received an email awhile back saying that Microsoft wanted my permission to bring my game to additional Marketplaces. I gave it.

I later saw this article and found my game on the Brazilian marketplace:

Awesome.

Today I get a strongly worded email saying that my game does not have a classification and was therefore removed from the Brazilian marketplace - with a warning not to do it again.

Uh, what gives? Has anyone else seen this?

Have you tried reaching out to AppHub? Sounds like something didn't get communicated on their part.
