Replacement 928 -- outlook mail issue.

All,

On my 3rd 928 (keeps losing audio). And I have an issue with outlook and my MS account.
I started up the phone and connected to my MS account. It created an email for my outlook account.
On my previous phone, I created my "own" outlook.com connection.

Now when I go to settings for my email account, I don't have the permission to sync contacts and calendar. Only email is displayed.
For Yahoo and Google, the choices are there.

Do you have linked accounts? Did you always have this issue? I'm looking at my 928 and I have Google, Exchange and Outlook.com accounts and none of them are linked. I can sync contacts and calendars on any of them independent of each other.
