REQUEST - Mods Move Start Screen thread from the 8.1 forum to here

We already had a 10page thread with startscreens rolling in the WP8.1 forum before yall renamed this to Dev Preview

I think the thread can stay where it is, because we will be able to use the same start screen images for the official WP8.1 as we are with WP8.1 Preview for Developers.
