Do you Lumia users know and care anything about how much well Microsoft is doing R&D and designing for Microsoft Lumia smartphones? And why don't they support new latest Snapdragon processors except for flagships? And does Microsoft really care about upgrading Lumia smartphones to comparable Android smartphones by increasing their R&D, for new design, latest processors, graphics, camera improvement, speakers, latest Gorilla Glass 4?
Performance wise , Graphics intensive games review, in Geek tests are proving that Lumia don't have much worthy performance maybe that boils down to lack of interest of Microsoft in Lumia, due to lack of research, No updated graphics drivers, No updated graphics telemetry, and lack of research shown by the No announced support for Latest Snapdragon processors 415, 425, 430, 650, 652 for Low And Mid-range Lumias.

Now, Qualcomm has renamed Snapdragon 618 and 620 into Snapdragon 650 and 652, will Mid- range Lumias, aka, Lumia 750 and 850 would support these mid-range yet high performance processors for 2016 making them comparable to 2016 Android Mid-range smartphones?
Lumia 550 and 650 are just low-end with no excitement and no new Snapdragon processors.
I was expecting Snapdragon 212 in Lumia 550 but was Snapdragon 210 processor for Lumia 550;

Seems to me he wants Microsoft to get on the front of the release of SoCs rather than producing phones with SoCs that are at or near being superseded by the next release wave.
IMHO it ignores the supply line realities that at this stage in the game, Lumia does not leverage enough production numbers to elbow forward ahead of or equal to the voluminous Android OEMs...
Newer Snapdragon processors bring better performance, battery efficiency, graphics improvement, support for better connectivity, new arrays of new feature support, and every Android Smartphone manufacturers use latest Snapdragon processors.
Why then Microsoft Mobile is using old Snapdragon processors in Lumia for Low end and Mid range Windows Lumias when the similar Android smartphones are equipped with latest snapdragon processors;
ALSO THE FLAGSHIP LUMIAS ARE ALWAYS USING LATEST SNAPDRAGON PROCESSORS.
THE MAJORITY OF LUMIA USERS, THE LOW END AND MID RANGE LUMIA USERS, they should equally get latest Snapdragon processors as per the price range. In tech world, you always want latest and greatest, in every price range.

Anything you want to comment about upcoming announced WINDOWS 10 MOBILE tablet Pipo U8T with Rockchip RK3288W processor, which I guess, isn't officially announced by Microsoft supported by Windows 10 mobile threshold update.
And, this Pipo tablet thing, I guess, isn't also not leverage enough production numbers ahead or equal to the voluminous Android OEMs

Looks like a white label device (which seems to be Rockchip's strength in the market) using a version of a more than year old SoC.
This seems to be the closest I can come to an original source and the basis of quotes. Use your translator of choice on it since it is an Italian Blog. Tablet Windows 10 Mobile con Rockchip RK3288W: PiPo U8T e Best Buy - Notebook Italia
That source says the RK3288W is esentially unchanged from the RK3288 which has been in production since 2014. It would seem Rockchip is already moving on to a 33xx generation of SoC announced at CES 2015... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rockchip
A white label tablet is hardly analogous to an OEM phone production run, at any rate.
