Reset Protection is not available in mi Lumia 950 XL

[Windows Central Question]

I don?t known why is not available RESET PROTECTION, don?t appears on my Lumia 950XL,i bought it in Mexico, is unlocked.

Anyone can support me. Anyone know why?
