Reset stuck at 99% Windows 10

Yeah nother one of these.. I decided to reset win10 and wipe the drive, but it's been stuck at 99% for like five hours now. Would like to know what options I have, HDD LED is blinking so should I just be patient? 6 hours seems like more than enough time :\
