I want to reset my phone to factory defaults so I can revert back to WP8. The Cyan update is draining my battery at an unbelievable rate.
I haven?t reset my phone since I had WP7 and want to ensure I understand the implications of what I am doing. I have back up ON for my apps/settings, test messages and photos/videos. Is game progress the only thing that I would be losing?
