Restart Looping problem Nokia Lumia 530

I have a Nokia Lumia 530 and recently it shut off for no apparent reason. When i turned it on, it reset. Afterwards it started to go off in a never ending reset loop. I tried a hard reset but my phone isnt even responding to that. All the phone does is turn on and show the nokia logo, and then turns off again; in a never ending cycle. What should I do? Is it because I charge my phone while i sleep?

Download the windows phone recovery tool and use that to reset the phone
