restarting by its self

I have a nokia lumia 521 when i call somebody or somebody calls me it is cut off by its self and restarts on its on how many people has this problem with there phone?

Do a Hard Reset (search for "hard reset 521"). That will wipe and reset the phone.

If it still does it then call Nokia service or return it to your provider/store for a replacement. It is not normal for the phone to do that.
