Restoring a BACK UP is a P.I.T.A

OK this is gotta be lame, and I know it sort of makes sense, whycan't I also get the option to restore all my apps and other things it backs up AFTER I have done the hard rest. Why only when I am doing a hard reset? For me I want to do a hard reset, then do the phone updates and THEN restore my back up!

I'd like that option PLEASE

Should be able to. I skipped and went to the other stuff to be able to get the new firmware for my 950 but still OT available through att yet.
