Restoring Samsung Focus

Hey guys, I've got a Focus that HAD Mango (got the phone replaced today), and I can't find the "restore" option in Zune. It just keeps wanting me to update. How can I restore it to the backup from a couple days ago on my previous phone? Thanks.

I think you probably need to delete your old phone and then associate your new phone as the same name in Zune and then you should be able to sync which should restore your backup (Thinking off the top of my head)

I don't think you can install your previous phone's backup on your new one.

That is a good question, I hope someone has an answer. No full back ups is a major problem that MS needs to address.

This is likely the case. The phones have individual models, and Zune likely will never read them as the "same" phone.

Hopefully someone can find a fix for you, though, OP.
