"resume from your other devices" - no, thanks!

I have a desktop PC and a tablet both running build 15063. I keep getting notifications on the desktop PC titled "resume from your other devices" that list web pages I have browsed on my tablet. I don't want these notifications, but I can't figure out how to turn them off, short of turning off all notifications from Cortana.

Anyone have any brilliant ideas?
