"Resuming" much more prevalent and longer since last DP patch?

Has anyone else noticed much more "Resuming" screens and longer wait times for Resuming to clear?

Seems since the DP patch last week, I'm seeing it MUCH more. Anyone else?

On a Verizon 928 in the US.
 
I presume they are making alterations and adjustments in the developer preview that will affect how often this message comes up etc. I would expect the final non-developer preview update to be much better optimised.
