Resuming... on lockscreen ever since Tetra app: how to fix?

Need your help guys..
Ever since installing the Tetra Lockscreen App on my Lumia 1020, I got a black screen and then the old lockscreen when double tapping the glance screen - could never get to work!

But since uninstalling Tetra, I always get a resuming... (2 to 3 seconds) before actually getting to the lockscreen. I already did a soft reset, but no go..

What could it be?

The same thing was happening to me. I realized it was because I deleted the app without without unregistering it from the lock screen. When I downloaded the app again it still appeared as registered so unregistered it and uninstalled it again. It works fine now.
