Rich Capture not uploading to OneDrive

I've noticed that not all my photos have been uploaded to OneDrive.

It seems those taken with Rich Capture on are not uploaded, anyone else seen this?

Even rich capture goes to OneDrive but there is no way to play the format on PC or online without special software I think. So you will only see a white thumbnail instead for those rich capture files.

You are right!

I was just going on the photos app on W10, but actually checking on OneDrive the photos are there, it's just the photos app can't display them!

After some checking it can't display any from OneDrive taken with WP8.1 or W10M when Rich Capture is enabled. But the same Photos app can display them when you download and open it locally!
