Ringer and notification volume keeps resetting to 10

I am hoping I am not the only one with this issue. I am on the insider fast ring and have the latest software and firmware. I have noticed that my ringer/notification volume seems to reset it self to max on its own. When I get to work I set it to 5. I get a text, all good, not too loud. The next one I get the volume is at 10. Has anyone else had this happen?:shocked:

I've had this problem, and only notice it when i go into facebook messenger, and that the volume spikes. i don't know why this is, but it seems like a bug related to notifications.
