Ringer and Vibrate not Working Simultaneously

Hello,

I am sorry if this problem has been covered before. I noticed a problem in my Lumia 620 two days back; When a call comes (and the phone is in Ring+Vibrate) mode, the phone vibarates once initially and the ringtone starts playing; but the vibration stops after that. Is there any way to let the Ringer and Vibration continue till the call has been picked?

Unfortunately not. This is the way it's designed, oddly.

It stops after a couple of vibrations and then you just hear the ringtone. I'd recommend Android if you're missing this.
