ringtone and sound problems after charging.

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with text chimes or ringtone after taking the phone off of the charger? Noticed this a few times and had to power down the phone to get the sound to work.

Can you tell me in more detail what is happening..My flash is on/off the charger all the time never noticed any ringtone or sound problems after..? Maybe I can duplicate the problem..
