It seems my father 650 is not the only one suffering from this. Ring tone volume is set at 10. Still the ringtone is almost impossible to hear due to its low volume.
On the Microsoft support website a person having this as well is requested to return the phone to the seller as a solution.
Any better solutions might exist?
When studying his phone I notcie BBM, WA, text etc notifications only come in at zero or very low volume as well even if all app settings are on 10 as well.
Is there somewhere still a "master" volume switch I need too turn up!
