RM-985 Lumia 830 for $380 on eBay!

I just got mine in today. I can confirm it works on T-Mobile, LTE, internet sharing, and everything. I'm pleased. My 925 seems a bit outdated.

I've been using mine on T-Mobile for about two weeks now. Works like a dream!

Read around. A fellow member called nokia and was told that as soon as the phone/firmware is officially released oct/nov the prototypes can be updated just like a new device.

Conversely, you can flash the Latin version of Denim and get Glance working. I've done it, and Glance works great, and I'm no longer on Debian Red. Also, it had the added benefit of no longer having a Clar? splash screen. Check out the thread, "I have the 830", around page 7 for links to find how to flash the new firmware.

The one thing I'm missing is visual voice mail and my tethering is inop.

Re: visual voicemail, you need to get a voicemail first and then the phone will prompt you to set it up.

Bought one a few weeks back and flashed it to denim Canada's Rogers firmware and it works fine. I was able to get 4G speeds whereas before I was getting H+. Everything works well. Its a wonderfully designed phone. Glad I got it unlocked for such a low price.
