Rollback to 8.1 to get official Win 10 Mobile??

I'm curious, IF I did decide to give the latest Insiders W10 a ride when MS releases the official W10 upgrade for our 1520s would I need to revert back to 8.1 to get it??? It is the AT&T variant.

That's just nuts, MS's last true flagship pre-950 and they're not including the 1520? Even the mid level 640 is set to get it..

IMO "official" is overrated. The moment it happens the insiders will get a newer build, you will want that build, you will re-enroll in insider and the "official" build you wanted and waited for will be un-official again in weeks if you want the latest fixes. It's a dog chasing it's tail and only a Windows 11 will end it and we begin again
