Lol, this is not Android. You cannot have custom ROMs in Windows phone and its a closed OS unlike Android.
WP is about uniformity and all manufacturers offer a uniform UI experience.

And its Lumia not Lumina...

There is no Custom ROM's for WP8 devices, because of boot security. You can read about this here:

There is only Interop Unlock Samsung WP8 phones and then you can install XAP files, like registry editor But nothing on Lumia devices (Except for WP7, which have custom ROM's). If you want more information search for XDA forums for unlocking/hacking phones

Lol. Droid nuts. I never liked modifying, or rooting phones. If you have to root an OS, it's not giving the experience you want or need. Time to switch to WP.
