I don't know if anyone else actually uses rooms but I find it a handy feature for sharing a calendar and work photos. However, in WP8.1 there seems to be a backwards step in functionality.
I no longer get a live tile notification when a new photo is added by someone and new photos don't show up automatically, I have to tap refresh. This didn't happen in WP8 and isn't the case when notes are edited or added.
Also, updates don't show up in the notification centre, which would be very handy. And to delete a photo the OneDrive app has to be opened, it can't just be deleted from the room like in WP8, which is very annoying.
Does anyone else use rooms? Are you experiencing the same frustrations?
