Root access to Files and folders? & a few other questions

Is there an app that we can view all files and folders within our 930? Within the 'Files' app already provided I have noticed we don't have access to all of the directories. I hope I have explain this okay to understand.

And while I am here creating a post - If you have a 'minor scratch on the chamfered part of the Lumia 930, what can we use to either sand it down and/or put over it. I am a little fussy sometimes when it comes to scratches and scuffs on phones and like it looking close to brand new. This may be hard as when it is scratched, it shows as the phone is BLACK but you can see the metal when it's scuffed..

There's no app or any other possibility to access anything but public folders on a Windows Phone powered device. And there most likely never will be. Microsoft decided to go that Apple-like route for security reasons. And - being absolutely honest here - there's not a single need for a user to have access to app or even system folders.

I can think of one very good reason: Copy that pesky WhatsApp backup file to transfer it to a phone with a memory card!!!!
