Rotation Lock for GDR3 - Custom colors, Lens & Internet Explorer Shortcuts!

Hi all,

Rotation Lock was developed on Monday night and submitted to the store just hours after availability of GDR3. I was able to figure out the Uri needed to link to the rotation lock setting even before documentation was updated to include it. It is now available to download.

You can find it here, deployed globally to all markets.

just on a sidenote, how come the review i left doesnt show? does it take a long time or something in the store?

Yeah, they seem to be delayed by a day at most. It can be weird cause you look to verify its there and nothing shows.

Next update includes selecting a custom color for your tile! Will be live this week.

Funny you asked when you did. There was some form of an issue with the marketplace reviews. They all showed up at once over the weekend, not just for me either.

So after that post, I decided to also add a custom lens shortcut & the ability to navigate from IE!

It adds rotation lock to the list of lens apps when in the camera. So if you have rotation lock enabled, and are trying to take a quick picture, you can access it fast and easy.

can it show status of the auto-rotate setting on live tile?
so we now the status of auto-rotate just by looking at the live tile
