Route Planner App?

I'm looking for a good app for route planning. I use MS Streets and Trips (now discontinued) on my PC before I go on a trip and I can create a driving route in advance. It's useful for projecting distances, stops, en route services, and fuel costs.

Does anyone know of a Windows Phone app that has real route planning? Do Garmin and Navigon really do this? If so, do you like it?
