S4 for a few days

I got a chance to use one of the S4's we have at work for a few days and man what a difference. I actually like Android, but it reminded me of how "busy" Samsung makes Android on their phones. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice phone. However, on my average daily usage the lumia battery life if better, pictures are less blown out and the interface is more fluid on the lumia.

One thing the S4 does better is browsing. So fast and easy to view on the 5" screen.

One of my friends has a S4 and its got a really nice screen but as you say coming from a Windows Phone I find it a bit more difficult to find what I want on the device. The features like pausing video when you look away and scrolling with your eyes honestly are cool but seem gimmicky. The camera performs well and browsing is easy but there's a constant sense of lag throughout the UI when transitioning from menus. I'd really like to see Microsoft implement the same standard of browsing on WP8 .. even just having auto-flowing text would be a huge improvement!

Yes, auto text re-flow, rotation lock .. and maybe if they can't change the internet just get it on with Webkit (but I don't think this will ahppen soon since it would mean they accept defeat to Google in the browser wars)
