same phones--why is Store showing different app availability?

I have never posted to a forum, so I'm not sure where to post this. I have 2 521's. Both on t mobile, purchased the same day. Why does one phone have way more apps, and games for download then the other? I can't find a single racing game on my phone while she can find several on hers?

You might need to check your APN settings and see if they are identical. But this is a very curious issue...

Is it possible for you to post some screenshots? I did not have the issue when using a Lumia 521 and a Lumia 810 side by side, which are both T-Mo phones.

I don't know what APN settings are. If I open apps, my screen doesn't keep loading apps to scroll threw. It shows at most 20, while her phone keeps going and going and loading more for you to scroll threw
