Samsung Ativ S MMS fails with Windows Phone 8.1
I seldom send or receive picture messages but all attempts since updating from WP 8 to WP 8.1 have failed. Picture messages were ok before the update. Experts from Vodafone UK have tried to diagnose things but their configuration settings are not saved by the phone. They have given up. The phone is otherwise ok.
