Samsung ATIV S - 8.1 diagnostic tool Ody81, how to force 3g

Hello you all,

my phone is switching connection between 3G and Hsdpa, how can I force it to remain on 3g? I have the new diagnostic tool for wp 8.1 and the old codes don't work.
