Samsung native apps on Windows 11

Hi, so I've been pretty successful side loading most Android apps onto my Windows 11 pc. Except Samsung native apps such as Samsung Notes.
Any tips on why it won't install?

(I need Samsung Notes specifically b/c it's the only app I know that can convert handwriting to text in real time in languages other than English.)

Well I think right now there is no way because you would need a galaxy book to get these Samsung native apps.
