I don't know if people already know this or not, but I remember searching for the phone on Samsung's site last week and they didn't have a page for it yet. Now they do:

Also, the support page is up (no manuals though ) which is a good sign that the device may be coming soon.

Yes, I knew about the Microsoft site HOWEVER they had the specifications wrong in terms of the processor. Microsoft has it as 1.5 GHZ but according to Samsung it's 1.4 GHZ. Yeah what does .1 GHZ do idk. But I'm just saying...

It's just marketed differently. The processor is a 1.4xx, and they just rounded up to 1.5.
