Most likely as they held January 21st event for Windows 10 technical preview which follows the same analogy
2+1+1+1+5 = 10....
but who knows they may or may not release on Feb 2nd but I do hope MS to release on Feb 2nd and if not may be in the coming weeks

Note : There are so many contradictions following that as in case of Windows Phone because Joe said the video previewing windows 10 on phones will be released in 1-2 weeks which defies that so we may expect it to land on our phones in the coming weeks

While speculating is fun, you should keep in mind that they're not legaly bound to do anything we say here.
They can keep playing that game, or they can just do it whenever they want.
Not everything they do has hidden codes, messages and meanings - and the release dates of software mainly depends on when the devs finish building and internally testing it.

But hey, we know it's gonna happen in Feb. (most probably), so it can't be far away, whenever they decide to do it.

For the final release:
In June: 6/9/2015: 6 + 9 - 20 + 15 = 10
In August 8/25/2015: sin(82) * 52 + 0 - 1 - 5 = 10.2879 (version 10, build 2879)
In September : 9/5/2015: 9 + 6 - 20 + 15 = 10
In October (the 10th month of the year) 10/5/2015: 10 + 5 - 20 + 15 = 10
