Saving Game Progress from one phone to other

I have a 1520 with DVP 8.1 and want to reset the phone. Before that I would like to know how I can move my game progress (Logos Quiz) to other phone like 635?

All done by SkyDrive. Go to settings then select "back up phone now" once you get your new phone it will automatically download providing you used the same email address as the other phone

That doesn't back up you saves and game progress and crap though I'm pretty sure. The game would have to be written to support that for it to work.

That's correct. Games have to be specifically written to take advantage of this new WP8.1 feature.
