Scratches on my camera

Today I have found two scratches on my Lumia 640 XL's camera and now I'm scared that what will happen in the future. I never use my Lumia roughly and use it with care.

Here's what I did, I purchased a scratch guard for 100 Rs, encircled the area equivalent to lens size, cut it out with a blade, then I removed the excess glue (by repeatedly sticking the glue part at clean glass) and then pasted it on the lens. Now, whenever I require to use camera, I take out the circular lens protection, clean the glass and then use it. Maybe you too can follow same.
