Screen freezes when battery gets low

It tends to happen almost every time with this phone. Well, the screen freezes randomly occasionally and I have to take the battery out to reboot it. (Hardware problems, this is my second surround) I feel as though a lot of HTC Surrounds have this same problem. Anybody else having the same problems?

WP7.5 is a great OS, it's just this phone isn't really the best. I wish they would make another phone like this for WP8. I'll just have to wait until WP8 comes out to get another WP.
