Screen goes black when on calls

I seem to have this problem after every few Windows updates. When I am on a call, the screen goes black. No matter how I move it, double tap the screen, or hit the power button, the screen stays black. I cant turn on speaker or mute it. Its really annoying. Has anyone had this problem and resolved it? Thanks

sounds like WhatsApp calling issue. Every time I received a WhatsApp voice call sometime later my screen gave me issues similar to what you're experiencing. That's if you do have WA installed. So far since the last few WA updates and CrU I haven't experienced any more black screen issues. Maybe you need to try WDRT and go from there by reinstalling all the OS updates from 10586 -> 15063.197.
