Screen Repair

I went a dropped my unprotected 1320, landing perfectly on it's weighted corner :crying:


Repair quotes are around ?150, which is close to how much I spent on the unlocked device! Has anyone done this themselves or even fixed it themselves? I'm a total newbie with dissembling electronics so not sure it would be a good idea.

Unlucky. In your position I'd get a new one or a 730. You could get a new screen if cheap but as you say, you may not be able to repair it properly, and so the screen could be a waste of money.

Get yourself a nice, good 730 if you can take the smaller screen.

Keep this as a memento! It should till work properly, I hope.
