screenshot problem

Hi guyz. i need an urgent help. i am having a lumia640xl. and i am having a problem taking a screenshot plz help me as this is frustrating me a lot.please do help me... I press the uper button n the lock button but if say that couldn't take screenshot...

Screen shot picture is saved to SD card?
Try format SD card.

If it is saved on phone memory, try delete Screen Shots Folder. And than take new screen shot picture

i tried by transferring the pictures n media to be saved from phone to my SD card. i then deleted the folder of the screenshots n then checked that if i get a screenshot. But no way! it wouldn't work at all.

well i deleted the folder of screenshots when it was saved in SD card mistakenly. then i transferred the statement of store new photos on my to phone memory, then i tried to take a screenshot but it wouldn't work! any clue how to fix it now?

Restart the phone, it happens to my lumia 535, i restart it and problem solved.
