Scrolling Jitter

Do you guys face the scrolling problems that are currently on my 830? It basically jitters whenever you scroll on the start screen or in apps.

Nope. Scrolling smooth.

Edit: Although in some apps like WPC there is jitter when scrolling slows to a stop.

My 720 is smooth on the start screen while my 830 is not.
