SD Card App Installation allowed in WP 8.1?

Is it true that from WP 8.1 on, we can install apps straight into the SD card without using the phone's memory (you know, like what I am doing right now, download the .xap files, copy them to the SD card and install from it)? Does that mean we can install as many apps as we like, as long as there is enough space on the SD card, without worrying how much space left in the phone's memory? Does my dream come true? :grin:
