SD Card Recommendations?

I have a SanDisk 128gb class 10. I have it set for music, maps, and photos to save save to the card, and apps save to phone memory. NO problems thus far and I notice no speed issues with writing photos to the card.

I also have a SanDisk 128GB class 10. I use it to store exactly what you do. I have issues constantly. At least twice a week I have to rescan. Sometimes it goes well, most times it fails and I have to reformat.
What do you have it formatted in? Exfat or fat32?

After reading a post (can't remember where) I formated the card on my windows 10 PC, transferred my files and has been holding steady for a couple weeks. No issues. Only thing I did differently is I haven't put it into the wife's MacBook.
