Has anyone found/made a solution they like that makes the microSD card more flush with the side of the tablet? I love having the card in, but I feel like I'm going to break the thing in half if it catches wrong on something in my bag.

How long have you had your T100? I've owned mine since launched and have had a 64GB card in mine for most of the time. I've kept my T100 in a soft sleeve case and with all the rough treatment I've given it (2 international flights) and classes 3X weekly) surprisingly the card has held up well. I think you may be ok as long as you don't drop it and it hits the side with the card slot. It hold firmly as doesn't pop out as easily without putting the right kind of pressure on it.
