SD problem

My phone is not reading the SD.i changed 3 SD cards 16 class6,32 GB class 4,16gb class 10
They changed the phone for me with a new one.still the same problem.
Any solution

Are you formatting the sd card with a computer before putting it in the phone? Also, is the phone not detecting the sd card at all, or just not detecting the data on it?

I. Formated twice one ntfs,and fat 32 .no SD card message

Does it appear under Settings -> Phone Storage ?

thanks for the reply I tried formatting the CARDS to fat 32,ntfs,32 kilobytes and default format same issue I went and they gave me a brand new phone after activation same issue?i used transcend 32gb class 4,and 10 pny 16gb class 4,kingston class 4,10.what elses can I do many soft and hard resets with the sd inside and outside the phone im really disappointed I gave up my iphone 5s and Samsung note 3 as I was waiting for that phone.

If you put the sd card in your phone and go to Settings -> Phone Storage does anything show up? Are you sure you're putting the sdcard in correctly?
