Sending 920 back to Nokia for dust fix

Have any of you done this? What do they actually do to prevent this from happening again?

BTW, I did a factory reset in preparation for shipping, and oh man was that a nightmare!

From what I understand they clean it and install something they call proxy support and proxy silicon sheet. Good luck with your repair.

I did the same and they must have done something to it because it hasn't got dust in there since

I sent mine twice for that still keep getting dust in the FCC and in the gaps of where the body and screen meet.
