Sending/Receiving pictures via text -- help!

I am currently using the Arrive with the Mango update and am having some MMS issues.

Friends sending me pictures via text do not load. The text I receive says "Get media content now" -- I click that link, the phone just vibrates and loads no picture.

Same goes for sending a picture -- I attach one to the MMS and try to send it -- and it immediately tells me the text failed to go through.

I have data on.
I have tried turning the phone off and back on.

Am I the only one with this strange issue? I want to see the pictures my friends are sending me! hahaha.

Any ideas?

The only time I get that error is when I have data turned off, but you said your data was on, which is interesting. Do your other data-dependent app work ok?

Did you try turning off the phone and the back on? That fixes most connection errors.

May be a problem on your carriers end. I would call them and it should get fixed quickly.

i used the turn on/off airplane mode today and that fixed my issue

....and now that has stopped working. turning airplane mode on/off no longer solves the MMS issue.

Worked for a week! hahaha.

Any other suggestions or should I just call Sprint?

I would just call sprint. It could very well be something on their end.
