Serious TechCrunch hatred against Microsoft on Minecraft acquisition

You punched me ahead on this one; I was just about to write about this. But I am glad to see it here. It is obviously a fan-boy[baby] rant. But you know what's amazing: The comment session, I am really surprise how people reacted to this silly & stupid rant. I read above 60 comments and just one was kind of agreeing with the author, even people that don't use MS' suites are defending and FINALLY seeing the hatred & bias those blogs have against MS.

This is what I believe; anything they see it can benefit MS they hate it. The only way they will be happy is when MS stop existing but I have bad news for them it ain't gonna happen; MS does not posses the same power it had in the 90s but is among the leaders in tech company around the globe, the only place MS is having a challenge is in the WP division, yes PS4 is out selling the Xbox One but the Xbox One is doing just fine and now that the console will be in 25 new countries including China its future is bright.

The first two points make plain sense. The rest is free hatred in sarcasm sauce he could have saved. However, it's true that Microsoft behaves like a company of old men who are detached from reality.
This doesn't mean i agree with Techcrunch. Whatever reasons he has, he's shooting free hatred. Don't worry, anyone with a few neurons left in his brain will not take him seriously. The negativity is too visible.

I came across this article while swiping away in my Feedly news feed, didn't read it before though.

This guy clearly has some issues with Windows Phone.

Unsubbed.

Thanks for the revelation OP.

Linus holds zero relevance here. He reviews products he didn't diss Microsoft purchasing Minecraft with such a biased behavior.

And he's not a ******, nor a fantic nor biased. Oh and most important, he's not relevant here.

^^ not true
dude you dont need to go about defending Linus Sebastian, android.tech crunch left right and centre in every thread

everyone else-
"i think he is right about this, but he was biased and negative about that"

you-
"he is 100% right and shouldnt be questioned"

well guess i dont believe in these sidee reviewers and journalists, follow yourself not some biased , negative people off the internet who cannot appreciate stuff
only mobile nations and pocketnow are trustworthy and unbiased and take geniune effort

the same way techcrunch can "diss" microsoft,Linus reviewed windows stuff in the same way
see both their "works of art" and compare, same criticism ,hatred, vagueness
Linus and tech crunch's recent stuff proves they are fanatic , biased and extremely negative

I can't help but feel that the tech-blogger (come on, he's not a writer with an article like that), is getting exactly what he wants by having threads and discussions based around this.

Wow! The hate is strong with this one. And to think he has a degree in cybersociology from Stanford.*smh*

Poor ba5tard.

You'd think his mum would let him use the curling tongs for more than 2 minutes?!?

Perhaps we could have a whip round? If we all chip in, we could get him a spa day experience including getting his hair styled by someone other than Stevie Wonder. Could get his nails done too then perhaps he wouldn't be such a irritable muppet.

I feel like most of their writers are based in the San Francisco bay area and Microsoft is generally disliked here.. putting it mildly.

That face is so punchable.

I'd say we're all done here now if this going to be a thread about an opposing writers looks.
