"Session initialization failed" my phone has this description after a reset on a blue screen why?

I did a reseet with the cable connected to the wall, because my app was not working anymore, and I tried to do the reseet and just got a blue screen and say (0 completed and say if you want to know more,
Session initialization failed" and stay that way, Is there any fix for this phone? help[! my phone is a "Windows Phone 8S by HTC"

i did a hard reset and I got a white screen with its description and under say NO ANY AVAILABLE SOURCE AT FILE SYSTEM...........
