Set favorite photos as dynamic, rotating lock screen wallpaper?

Hey guys,

In apps like Amazing Weather HD or Photostream when choosing Local Album as the source for my lock screen photos, I'm only allowed to choose Screenshots, Saved Pictures or Camera Roll. Is there a way to use the images that I've marked as favorites in the Photos Hub instead? Why doesn't this show up as an available album? Does an app exist for this, am I missing something?
